Open the Tally app and hold the top of your phone near the stamper on the café counter. Your card updates instantly with the new stamp. You don't need to sign up first — the app opens straight to your card.

When your card is full, show the reward screen to a member of staff. They confirm it on their end and your free drink is redeemed. Your card then resets so you can start collecting again.

You can use Tally without an account, but your stamps live only on that phone until you add your mobile number. Tap Save your rewards on the home screen, enter your number and the code we text you, and your card is linked to you — so it's safe if you change or lose your phone.

• Make sure the app is open on your card screen before you tap.
• Hold the very top of your phone flat against the stamper for a second — the NFC antenna is near the top edge.
• Check that NFC isn't disabled in your phone's settings.
• Still nothing? Ask staff to try once more, then email us with your café name and we'll add the stamp manually.

Tally only sends notifications if you opt in — usually a friendly nudge when you're close to a reward or a café has an offer. You can turn them off any time in your phone's Settings under Tally.

You can ask us to delete your account and loyalty data at any time. Email tallyloyaltyapp@gmail.com from the number or address linked to your account and we'll remove it. See our Privacy Policy for full details on the data we hold and your rights.
